Jacuzzi: Do not raise the temperature above 100 F in winter and 86 F in summer. Lower the temperature to 85 when you leave. You must close the spa cover at all times when not in use. Take a shower before entering the spa. Especially in the summer, be sure to remove any lotions/sunscreen from your body before going to the spa. NO DRINKS OR FOOD IN THE JACUZZI. ** If the jacuzzi must be drained (broken glass, excessive dirt, etc.) due to intentional, abusive or non-compliant misuse, an additional charge of $250 will be applied to the tenant's costs + the technician's costs ( time and material if necessary).
Toilet (Septic tank) It is strictly forbidden to put in the toilet: baby wipe tampons, condom, sanitary napkin, cotton swab, paper towels - any other paper or plastic bag. If we have to unclog the septic tank due to your non-compliance or negligence, the costs will be fully charged to you.
All justified complaints from neighbors lead to the immediate cancellation of the refund of the security deposit.
Fireworks, firecrackers and other pyrotechnic elements are prohibited at all times.
It is strictly forbidden to have in your possession and use weapons including paintball, bows and arrows, crossbows and air rifles.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and other festive events are prohibited. The purpose of our facilities is primarily vacation, rest and tranquility.
Any music or noise that can be heard beyond the limits of the property is prohibited.
By-law 657-2021 of the Municipality of Saint-Côme
Article 14: Prohibition on causing noise likely to disturb the peace of the neighborhood: it is strictly forbidden to produce or allow noise to be produced that is likely to disturb the peace of a neighbor or the neighborhood.
Article 14.1: ban on the use of fireworks: It is forbidden for the rental sponsor or any occupant to use fireworks at any time.
Article 15: end time of outdoor activities: At all times, the occupants of a tourist residence must stop any outdoor activity that may generate noise from 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. the next morning.
Article 16: camping, trailers, tent-trailers and other recreational vehicles: It is strictly forbidden, when renting a tourist residence on the territory of Saint-Côme, to install one or more tents, trailers, tent-trailers and other recreational vehicles on the rental lot, or any other nearby lot. It is also prohibited to use accessory buildings for accommodation purposes.
Article 17: nautical activities and boats It is forbidden for any occupant or rental guarantor to launch, on all bodies of water of the Municipality of Saint-Côme, their boat, rowboat, canoe, kayak, pontoon or any other personal, rented or borrowed boat, with the exception of boats provided by the lessor.

Before leaving the premises, the tenant must ensure that:
* They remove the bedding they used and leave it on the beds
* Used towels must be put in the bathtub on the bathroom on the first floor.
* The dishes are washed and clean; (a $50 fee may be withheld)
* Waste is disposed of as per the instructions: Take out garbage and recycling and transfer them into the bins provided (blue for recycling and green for waste). Do not put recycling objects in a plastic bag, put them directly in the bin.
* Windows are closed and locked;
* The doors leading to the outside are closed and locked;
* The spa cover is securely closed and the temperature is set at 85ºF
* Any other point mentioned in the starting instructions must be respected.
